1. Who we are
Strategic Advisors Pvt. Ltd. provides tax advisory and planning, company formation and FDI advisory, regulatory and licensing advisory, business valuation, financial due diligence, fundraising and investor readiness, outsourced CFO services, financial reporting and bookkeeping advisory, and investment and capital markets advisory. We are a purely advisory practice — we do not provide statutory audit services, which allows us to advise without an independence conflict.
2. Use of this website
The Site is provided for general information about our services and to let you request a consultation, contact our team, or subscribe to our newsletter. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

Submitting a consultation request through the Site is an inquiry, not a binding engagement. An advisor-client relationship, along with the associated scope, fees, timelines, and confidentiality obligations, is established only once both parties sign a separate engagement letter. Where these Terms and a signed engagement letter conflict on matters of professional services, the engagement letter governs.
5. Downloadable guides
Guides and other downloadable materials are made available for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without our prior written consent.
6. Newsletter
Subscribing to our newsletter is optional and free for advisory clients and available on a paid basis for non-clients as described on the Site. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at info@strategicadvisors.com.np.
7. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Strategic Advisors Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under applicable Nepali and international intellectual property law. 8. No payment processing on this site
This Site does not process payments, and we will never ask for your financial account numbers, passwords, or payment credentials through a Site form. Fee arrangements for advisory engagements are agreed separately in writing.
